All bets placed on yyy999 — including cricket betting markets covering PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20 tournaments — are subject to yyy999's Sporting Rules, which are published on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable Sporting Rules.
yyy999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after a Sporting Event has commenced, bets placed at odds that were published in error, or bets that yyy999 reasonably suspects were placed with the benefit of inside information.
Where a bet is declared void by yyy999, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account in full. A bet may be voided if the Sporting Event is cancelled, abandoned, or if the result cannot be determined within the timeframe specified in the Sporting Rules.
If a Player disputes the outcome or settlement of a bet, the dispute must be raised with yyy999 Customer Support within seven (7) days of the relevant Sporting Event's conclusion. yyy999 will investigate all disputes in good faith and communicate its decision within a reasonable timeframe. yyy999's decision on all bet-related disputes is final.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the yyy999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

yyy999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
yyy999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally affect Platform availability. yyy999 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes yyy999's liability for death or personal injury caused by yyy999's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by yyy999.
yyy999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at yyy999.org/terms-conditions, with the effective date updated accordingly.
Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect a Player's rights or obligations — yyy999 will notify registered Players via email to the address held on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.
Continued use of the yyy999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which yyy999 holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between yyy999 and a Player, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the governing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
